A book of stream of consciousness “mind rants”, written, designed, and bound by my hands and brain. A creative endeavor, it was, and I’m happy with the way it turned out. What sorts of things are on your mind?
This is a presentation for Fisher Museum of Art’s exhibition “Changing Times, Changing Values.” I designed title treatments for the large wall that displays the name of the exhibit.
Designing book covers is my favorite thing to do! Under the supervision of Andrew Byrom, I created this book jacket. I wanted to convey surveillance, cryptic messaging, and censorship, all major themes of the novel 1984.
One of my favorite styles of design is Swiss Modernism. I love how powerful a clean and simple design can be. This paperback book allowed me to explore such a gridded technique.
